Dr. Michael Feldman
Michael Feldman, M.D., is a
board certified hand surgeon and upper extremity specialist,
offering patients advanced care for an array of injuries and medical
conditions from the elbow to the fingertips. Injuries including arthritis, Carpal tunnel syndrome and
other neuropathies, overuse syndrome.
Each patient receives individualized treatment he or she needs for optimal
results with the most traditional and up to date
recommendations for treatment of hand and upper
extremity injury or disease.
As a board-certified surgeon by the American Board of Surgery in Surgery of the Hand and Upper Extremity, he is committed to patient education, helping each person he treats understand their treatment options, including follow-up care, and intervention, so they can feel confident about their care.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Dr. Feldman earned his bachelors degree in biology at the University of Notre Dame, graduating with highest honors, before completing his medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
He completed his surgical residency at Northwestern University and a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Minnesota. Prior to opening a private practice, Dr. Feldman was an associate professor of medicine and surgery at Rush University in Chicago. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Feldman is associated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
